Product Description 

Water-based 100% acrylic resin based, unaffected by seasonal weather conditions (freeze-thaw, high temperature, humidity), flexible, water repellent, bright, colorless, and can be applied to various surfaces. It is a special decorative and protective water-based product produced for stone surface applications and varnishing on wooden surfaces.

Product features: It is resistant to atmospheric weather conditions with excellent adhesion and water repellency. It does not swell, peel or flake against stretching that may occur due to seasonal temperature differences. It prevents moss formation. It preserves its first-day liveliness. While its water repellency does not allow stains and dirt to adhere to the surface, it does not cause bacteria or moss to form on the surface. With its high water vapor permeability, it produces a combined aesthetic, durable and healthy coating.

Areas of use: It can be used on all interior and exterior surfaces such as stone, marble and wooden surfaces.

Application & Technical Information 

Surface Preparation

If there is dust, dirt, oil or paint residues on the application surface, they must be removed from the surface. In particular, dirt, oil layers that adhere to the surface and harden over time or paint residues that have lost their chemical and physical properties must be removed from the surface and necessary repair work must be completed. After ensuring that the surface is completely dry, dust-free and clean, “Prosealer” must be applied without dilution.

Application Temperature

The temperature of the environment and the application surface should be between 4°C and 30°C (40°F – 86°F).

Drying Time

At 70°F and 60% humidity:

• Touch dry in 1–3 hours
• Fully dry in 24 hours

Covering Power

Depending on the absorbency of the surface:

• 0.20 GAL / 55 sq.ft
• 0.75 GAL / 195 sq.ft
• 1 GAL / 1130 sq.ft in a single coat

It is recommended to conduct a controlled sample study for exact consumption.

Consumption

Depending on the type, absorbency and structure of the application surface:

• 10–12 m² area can be painted with 1L paint in a single coat

Storage & Transportation

Stored for at least 2 years in its original packaging if the lid is fully closed, away from sunlight and frost (40°F to 95°F).

Large packages should be stored in stacks of maximum 5 pieces, small packages in stacks of maximum 8 pieces, and packages should be transported by holding the carrying handle.

It should be stored at room temperature and in closed areas, protected from excessive heat and frost.
